The Role
We are looking for a Machine Learning Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate advanced ML systems within complex biological and healthcare domains. You will help turn heterogeneous data into reliable, high-impact models that power our Adaptive Intelligence Platform.
This role blends research depth with production pragmatism.
What You’ll Do
Develop and optimize ML models across structured and unstructured biomedical data
Work on LLM-based and agentic systems where relevant
Design evaluation frameworks, benchmarking, and validation protocols
Collaborate with engineers and scientists to deploy models into production
Contribute to model governance, robustness, and bias mitigation
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in machine learning and statistics
Experience building and deploying production-grade ML systems
Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks
Ability to move from research experimentation to scalable implementation
Structured thinking, scientific rigor, and clear communication
