Where is Trail Biomed based?

Right now, we have one team operating in Lausanne, Switzerland. But we are a remote-first company.

Does Trail allow hybrid working?

Absolutely. Office presence is optional. Although we try to meet in person every month.

Does Trail use AI to assess job applications?

No, we believe in a human-centered approach to recruitment. Every application is reviewed by our team to ensure a fair and thoughtful evaluation process.

When should I expect to hear back after I apply?

We’re reviewing applications all the time, and will reply to everyone to let them know whether or not they have been invited for an initial call. We want to make sure we’re running a fair recruitment process. That means we sometimes leave roles open for extended periods of time to allow more people to apply.

Does Trail give application or interview feedback?

If we interview you but it doesn’t go any further, we try our best to let you know within a few days. Because of the sheer number of applications we get every day, as much as we would like to, we will not be able to provide feedback to applicants who do not make it to the interview stage.
